Delivery Information

 

Free-next day delivery is included with any order you place on Easy TV Mounts in the mainland UK. For orders outside of the UK, i.e. Ireland and the channel islands, additional fees may apply. Saturday delivery is also available for a charge on £15, please call us on 01173302277 if you are unsure.

Please note there are small surcharges for Northern Ireland, Republic Of Ireland, and Channel Island deliveries - these will be shown to you during the checkout process.

Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the information about your order including tracking information, so that you can track where your parcel is. Easy TV Mounts cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by either our courier or a 3rd party once the item has left our warehouse (i.e the point where it is loaded onto the van).

When the delivery is attempted if no-one is currently at home, the courier will leave a card, and try re-delivery for two days after. After this you will need to contact your local depot. After 5 days if nothing has been heard, they will return the item to us, and this may incur additional shipping costs for us to repost it.

After the order if you decide that you would like the stools sent elsewhere please contact us in a reasonable amount of time (on the same day the order is placed, or the day after if the order is placed after 5.30pm) and we can make changes to any information.

Compensation will be offered under no circumstances, including if you have missed the delivery, not arrived at the expected time and also cannot be offered to people that have taken the day of work.
