Returns Policy

Occasionally, you may not be happy with your purchase or the product may be unsuitable for your TV, or you might have received a damaged mount, then we are happy to either refund or replace the item. Call us on 01173302277 and our sales team will be more than happy to help you identify any problems that you may or not have. Also, if you should require any assistance in fitting the product then our sales team will also be happy to help.

If you should decide that you need to return an item to us please call us 0117 330 2277, we are open from Monday to Thursdays from 9.30 am to 5.20 pm, and 9.30 am till 4.30 pm on Fridays, however you can still leave a message if this is preferred. Our customer services will then give you a returns number, that you have to write on the box so that we can identify who the bracket has come from.

Please post all returns to the following address, only after you have received a returns number and spoken to someone in the returns department.

Once the item is received and accepted, we will then issue a refund to your credit/debit card, or refund you via Paypal if that was your chosen payment method. Please note returns WILL NOT be accepted without an RMA Number.
